Focus of the seal of the German Innovation Institute: Digitalisation and Sustainability

The topics of digitalisation and sustainability are essential selection criteria for a suitable employer for young talents.

The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation has now awarded us the “Employer of the Future” seal.

The Institute, in association with the DUP Unternehmer Medien and the Deutsche Unternehmerbörse DUB under the patronage of the former Minister of Economics Brigitte Zypries, supports small and medium-sized businesses in Germany, especially as a driving force in the “war for talents”.

For us, the seal is an important building block in the recruitment of employees who support the growth course of our innovative company with their skills and commitment.
